Copyright Liability Terms

1. Introduction Welcome to Spritznook. These terms outline the intellectual property responsibilities of you (the “Client”) when using our customized bathroom product design and production services. By uploading any content, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ownership and Guarantees of Client-Uploaded Content

2.1 Ownership: All designs, images, logos, and text (“Client Content”) uploaded by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client or its original rights holder.

2.2 Legality Guarantee: The Client represents and warrants that all uploaded content is original or that the Client has obtained all necessary legal licenses and permissions. The content must not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and patents), privacy rights, or publicity rights.

2.3 Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit the uploading of designs that infringe on well-known brands, copyrighted characters (e.g., Disney, Marvel), or any illegal/offensive material.

3. License to Spritznook To fulfill your order, the Client grants RAMIREZ PRODUCTS LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, process, and use the Client Content solely for the purposes of manufacturing, quality control, and delivery of the customized products. This license does not transfer ownership of the copyright to us.
4. Indemnification and Liability

4.1 Client Responsibility: The Client shall bear sole legal responsibility for any claims arising from the content they upload.

4.2 Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold RAMIREZ PRODUCTS LTD (Spritznook) harmless from any third-party claims, losses, administrative penalties, and legal costs (including attorney fees) arising from any copyright or trademark infringement caused by the Client’s uploaded designs.

4.3 Right of Refusal: Spritznook reserves the right to review uploaded content. If we suspect a violation of intellectual property laws or platform policies, we reserve the right to cancel the order and delete the content without liability.

5. Copyright Complaint Procedure Spritznook respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your rights, please submit a “Copyright Complaint” to chromesthete@spritznook.com with the following:

Proof of identity of the rights holder.

Proof of ownership (e.g., registration certificate or original work).

The specific link or description of the allegedly infringing content.

Your contact information.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
